Q: How do I sign up and get started?

A: Follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on our subscription link and choose your preferred plan (monthly or annually)

  2. Create your account

  3. You'll receive an SMS with a link to complete our fitness questionnaire

    • Note: If you didn't provide a cell phone number, check your Welcome Email for the questionnaire link

  4. Complete the questionnaire to receive your tailored fitness and nutrition program

Q: I haven't received the questionnaire link. What should I do?
A: If you didn't provide a cell phone number during signup, please check your email inbox (including spam folder) for our Welcome Email containing the questionnaire link.
